Hiya, Max, and welcome to planDisney!
How incredibly exciting that your adventure to the Most Magical Place on Earth begins TOMORROW! Let's jump right in and get your question answered, so you can get back to those last-minute preparations, like checking off your packing list and making sure you've packed plenty of Mickey ears for all the magical moments ahead!
Walt Disney World Resort recognizes that service animals play an essential role in the lives of many Guests, and I'm happy to share that, in accordance with policy, trained service dogs that perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome at Walt Disney World Resort. It's important to note that only trained service animals are permitted within the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and pets are not allowed in these areas, but they are welcome at designated pet-friendly
Disney Resorts.
To help you plan ahead, the
Walt Disney World website offers a helpful resource dedicated to visiting with a service animal. This page includes information about relief areas, accessibility guidelines, and attraction-specific policies across the theme parks. Alternatively, the same information can be found on the
My Disney Experience app when you search for "Service Animals."No matter where your adventures take you, please remember that service animals must remain under the handler's control and be leashed or harnessed at all times.
I hope this information was helpful, Max, and that your trip is filled with unforgettable moments and happy paws! Thanks for visiting us at planDisney!
Magic and Memories,
Kami
