We are planning on visiting Disney World during Christmas 2013.. I know its along way off but we will be coming from AU. Are the water park attractions still OK or is it too cold? It affects what 10 day tickets we purchase. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Michael!

Being able to visit the Disney parks during the holiday season is a treat many guests take advantage of. Great weather, awesome decor, and the opportunity to experience Disney magic during the holidays makes a vacation to Walt Disney World all the more special.

The weather for December is usually on the cool side, with highs in the low 70's and evening temps between 50-60 degrees. The pools and slides at Disney's water parks are heated to a lovely 85 degrees during the winter months. Keep in mind that only one of the water parks will be open during the time of your vacation, as one will be closed for routine maintenance. This is the case every winter season.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie
