    We are planning our visit to WDW in September and staying at a Value resort. I was wondering if we would be allowed to visit the Polynesian resort and rent the Surrey bikes.

    Of course. Guests at any of the WDW resorts can rent boats or bikes anywhere on property. My family has rented surrey bikes on many occasions and always had a great time. I'm sure you will too!
