    We're planning to visit WDW next April. We'd like to know if the Spaceship Earth will be open or closed during this month. Please advise. Regards.

    I'm with you! Spaceship Earth is a must-do on every trip to Epcot.

    Currently, the Epcot Attractions listing is showing that Spaceship Earth does not have any scheduled down-time in April 2020. However, as announced on the Disney Parks Blog, Epcot will be undergoing extensive transformations over the next few years. Part of this includes updates to Spaceship Earth:

    "The iconic Spaceship Earth will remain a voyage through time as the journey transforms to reflect the power of storytelling to unite the human experience. New narration and an entirely new musical score will focus on the moments and ideas that define our story. You will follow a magical “story light” that brings the entire experience to life in dynamic ways, giving each scene energy and beauty that ties the entire journey together."

    The timeline for these updates have not yet been announced, so I would recommend keeping an eye on both the Disney Parks Blog and the Epcot Attractions listing for the latest information.

    I hope you have a chance to ride this classic one more time!
