Hello, we are planning a visit to WDW this May, and have an ADR at Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner. I see the lunch menu is buffet style, but not for dinner. What can we expect for dinner? Does each person order their own meal? What about kids meals?

    Hello Jessica!

Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about the Liberty Tree Tavern dinner!

The dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern is an all-you-care-to-eat Thanksgiving-style dinner, with absolutely delicious options including the "Patriot's Platter," which consists of roast turkey breast, pot roast, and carved ham, with accompaniments. Of course there are breads, side dishes, and salads galore as well, and do not forget to save room for Johnny Appleseed's Tart, yum!

The meal at dinnertime is served family style, with your entire party sharing serving platters as if you were at your own home around the holiday table. The price is fixed for adults and children 3-9, and varies slightly by season. If you have a child who is under three, they do not pay. If you are still hungry after the first round of food, you can request as much more of anything that you like. There is no alternative kids' menu, but if your children aren't happy with the many options on offer, you can speak to your server and I'm sure that they will do whatever they can in order to assist you.

You will enjoy this meal immensely! Don't forget to check out the different rooms, as each one is named for one of our nation's founders!

    Have a magical time!
