Howdy Stephanie!
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney, where you will find a group of the rootinest, tootinest Disney vacation enthusiasts this side of Walt Disney World. I’m so glad you brought us your question about celebrating a milestone birthday at
Walt Disney World Resort. I am happy to help you plan a magical celebration!
If you plan to visit the Walt Disney World theme parks while staying at your timeshare, I recommend celebrating at the
EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. This festival features fabulous food and beverages inspired by countries and cultures around the globe, a
rockin’ concert series, and takes place now through November 22, 2025. You will see lots of people celebrating various occasions as you make your way “around the world (showcase).”
If you are not planning to visit the theme parks, the
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is a great option for lively entertainment, some raucous fun, and down-home good food. This dinner show takes place at
The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, so it is possible to attend this without theme park tickets. You will need an advanced dining reservation for this popular experience.
To attend both the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival and Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, you will need to go to the Food and Wine Festival at lunchtime and then Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue for dinner, since the only available times for Hoop-Dee-Doo are 4:00 PM, 6:15 PM, and 8:30 PM. You could park at EPCOT and then take the monorail to
Magic Kingdom Park. From Magic Kingdom, you can take the Ferry Transportation to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. You could also utilize the bus transportation from EPCOT to Fort Wilderness Resort. To ensure you can travel back to your car parked at EPCOT, you will want to check the closing time for EPCOT, as bus transportation and monorail transportation will end an hour after the park’s closing time.
I hope this information helps you plan an unforgettable celebration at
Walt Disney World Resort! If you have more questions, bring them here! You’ve got a friend in me, Stephanie, in all of us here at planDisney!
See Ya Real Soon!
