    Planning a visit Oct 15-21 2011. When do park hours/Fantasmic/MK parade/wishes schedules come out? Also, we are likely renting DVC points and adding the dining plan. How early can we make dining reservations? Thanks!

    Hi Andrea,

    The park hours generally post about five months in advance. However, Advance Dining Reservations open at 180 days prior to your check in date. You can then book your dining for the next ten days after this date.

    Since the calendar and the dining window may not align, I recommend you take a look at restaurants you would like to eat at and design an itinerary around that. If there is a must eat at restaurant, you may have to change days to accomodate Fantasmic or Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

    Only EPCOT with Illuminations at 9:00 pm nightly is known ahead of time. Wishes and parades at Magic Kingdom have fluctuating times depending on the season. Fantasmic! goes to a reduced schedule in the fall which makes this the toughest to schedule.

    Remember to check back on the website to see when dates are announced and you can adjust your dining accordingly.
