We are planning a visit near the end of May. We have 3 children 14, 13, and 10 - so we have always rented a two bedroom condo in Kissimmee for the space. Are the rooms at the Polynesian Resort spacious or will we need a villa? I do not want to be crowded

Hi, Tina!  We are also a family of five, and have stayed at the Polynesian Resort several times.  I think the room is plenty big for us, but the amount of time we spend in our rooms is pretty insignificant.  You'll have two queen sized beds and a day bed, plus a small refrigerator.  There's nice closet space, lots of drawers, and plenty of counter space for the bathroom.

If you enjoy spending time relaxing at your resort, you may want to consider one of the Disney Vacation Club villas.  The villas, except the studio size, are appointed much like your house.  You'll have a full kitchen with all full sized appliances, a washer/dryer combo, a dining table, and much more.

I think if you value your privacy, you may be more comfortable in a villa accommodation - or even one of the family suites at the Art of Animation Resort.  But if you plan on being out and about way more than you're hanging out at the resort, the deluxe rooms are really very comfortable.

Thanks so much for your question!
