    Hi! We are planning a visit in late Feb, early March. Can we bring a lunch to the theme park ?

    France,

    Absolutely you can bring your lunch in to the park! While there are plenty of great dining options in the parks, both counter service and table service, bringing your own lunch ensures you have exactly what you want to eat!

    Because it can be so warm in Orlando for most of the year, my guess is that you are considering bringing lunch in a cooler. Disney does allow that too, but with a few restrictions. I answered a question about this recently with some details on cooler restrictions. But a quick recap is as follows;

    • cooler size must be no larger than 24" x 15" x 18".
    • You cannot have loose ice or dry ice in the cooler. Ice packs and bagged ice are OK, but not loose.

    PLANNING TIP: When I take in a cooler or a large backpack, I rent one of the park lockers, so I have somewhere to store my bags for a day of hands free fun!

    I hope that this helps! Send us more questions if we can help further.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
