Hello there, Bridget, I’m so glad you found planDisney!
It looks like you’re planning your visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth well in advance, which is great! You’ve got a long trip ahead of you, so I understand the need to have everything in place.
Since you are seeking accessibility services, I am happy to share that Disneyland Resort does have services available for those who are deaf or have hearing loss, including ASL interpretation, closed captions, assistive listening devices, and more. You can view these services on the
US website’s Accessibility Page, but if you’d like some additional support, or if you’re unable to view that page, you can contact the accessibility team directly via email at
dlraccessibilityservices@disney.com.
When it comes to ASL interpretation, there is a rotating schedule so you’ll need to check back closer to your travel date as it is released at the beginning of each month. I know that accessibility cast members will take great care of you as you plan this special trip.
Summertime at Disneyland Resort is always full of magic. In past years around the time you’re planning, we were at the height of
Pixar Fest, celebrating friendship and beyond. I still dream about that delicious Pixar Fest cake! There’s no limit to what can be offered in 2025, so definitely keep an eye on Disney Parks Blog for official announcements!
Well, Bridget, I do hope this has been helpful. If you have any other questions before your visit, we’re here to help! There’s a lot to consider and we’re happy to help share tips along the way.
See ya real soon ‘cause adventure is out there!
Camille
