hi , we are planning to visit Disney this year- some options for us : 11-14 to 11-24 11-27 to 12-5 or 12-17 to 12- 26. I rather not be there when it is overcrowded. what would be the best option to go?

Hi Michele! November and December are fun months to visit Disney World -- the parks and resorts are beautifully adorned for the holidays and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is held on select nights in the Magic Kingdom!

Like you, I prefer to visit Disney World at less crowded times of year. Unfortunately, major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas often mean peak attendance in the parks since children are out of school and adults are off from work. Of the three potential trip dates you mentioned, you'd experience the least crowding in the parks if you visited November 14-24. Mid-November is historically a period of very low park attendance, so it would be a great time to visit. You will, however, notice a marked increase in the crowds as you approach Thanksgiving.  Plan to do your park touring early in the trip, and spend the last few days shopping and enjoying your resort if you don't want to contend with the masses in the parks.

Hope this helps! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions!
