We are planning our visit to AK on Jan 5th & would like to go to Yak and Yeti's for dinner but the only reservation is at 4:15pm but heard the parade is at 4:45pm.... Is there any way we can see the parade from the restaurant?

    Hi Virginia!

Yak & Yeti is one of our family's favorite restaurants! In fact, it may be my husband's top restaurant at Disney!

Unfortunately, there are very few tables with views of the parade at the restaurant. I've heard that (but never had the good fortune to experience) some of the window seats on the second floor of the restaurant have views of the parade route. However, since they are so few, I wouldn't plan on being able to see the parade from the restaurant.

My best suggestion would be to take the 4:15 reservation, but then check back regularly to see if you can secure an earlier time. If all else fails, I would stop by the Yak & Yeti earlier in the day and ask if they could possibly take you earlier - perhaps around 3:30 or 3:45. This should mean that you have plenty of time for a meal and then to find a spot for the parade.

    Hope this helps! Have fun!
