We are planning our Vacation this year with 2 of our Granchildren. We will be arriving Nov.12th - 19th. I am having issues with packing..warm weather or cooler..long sleeves or short..sandles or sneakers? Are pools open year round and how are the crowds?

    Hi Terrie!

November is a great time to be visiting Walt Disney World.  The weather is quite comfortable and the crowd levels we have found are quite managable that time of year.  It is a bit tricky to pack as the weather can get quite warm during the day but does get a little chilly at night.  Typically the weather in Orlando in November reaches around the high 70's during the day but in the evening drops to the high 50's.  A jacket will be needed for the evenings. My suggestion to you is to bring a little bit of everything.  The pools at the resorts are open so you will have the opportunity to swim.

Before you leave for your trip I would recommend sitting down with your grandchildren and looking at each park map.  Mark the rides and attractions that they will want to see.  This way when you arrive at the park you have a plan.  This will help you navigate the parks a little easier.  Also, take advantage of the fast pass service offered at many of the rides.  It will reduce your wait times for some of the more popular rides.

    Have a magical vacation!
