Since we are planning a vacation and do not have children to bring along, which resort do you think would we enjoy the best?

Hi Kathye! Thanks for stopping back to ask me another excellent question! There are a lot of great resorts to choose from, but in my opinion, the best Walt Disney World Resorts for couples are:

The Polynesian: romantic atmosphere, lush tropical landscaping, large rooms, excellent dining options (including one of my family's faves, Kona Cafe), connected by monorail to Magic Kingdom and the Grand Floridian and Contemporary resorts which also offer fabulous dining options

Yacht Club: walking distance to Epcot, attractive nautical decor, tends to be quieter than the adjacent Beach Club, nearby boardwalk dining and entertainment

Animal Kingdom Lodge & Villas: beautiful authentic African decor and atmosphere, superior hospitality, African animals on the savannas, great dining options (Jiko, Sanaa, Boma)

The Grand Floridian: the flagship property at WDW, large rooms, lovely Victorian-era architecture and decor, excellent dining options (Victoria & Albert's, Citrico's, Narcoossee's)

Port Orleans Resort Riverside: elegant atmosphere with Southern antebellum mansion architecture in Magnolia Bend section, beautiful landscaping, easy boat transportation to Downtown Disney

I hope this helps narrow down your resort choices. Don't hesitate to write back if you'd like more tips or advice on planning your Disney World vacation!
