We are planning on a vacation in March with 3 adult and 2 kids we are trying to find the good price on a resort, we looked at Port Orleans Riverside and Art of Animations.I was trying to figure out why the prices are so different & get a review on both

Hi, Amy!  It's hard to give you an exact answer without knowing exactly what you looked at, but I would venture to guess there is some difference in price because of the different types of rooms.

Art of Animation is a value resort, but they also have family suites, which will accommodate larger families.  The standard room is just that - your standard hotel room with just a view of outside.  The suite sleeps up to six guests, and features two full bathrooms, two televisions, a private bedroom for mom and dad, and a small kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator.

Port Orleans Riverside is a moderate resort, so slightly higher priced than a value for a standard room.  You'll generally find the standard room at Port Orleans Riverside runs about $60 more per night.  The room rates go up from there, with the highest priced usually being preferred rooms.  Preferred rooms give you a closer proximity to things like the main pool area or bus stops and the main lobby.

You can do a Google search to find reviews, but if I really want to know what people think, I like to visit allears.net.  There is a rate and review section where you can find some very current reviews on both resorts.

    Have a great time planning!
