We were planning on using the skyliner to get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot as we were told bus service would be limited from Caribbean Beach Resort. I haven't had much luck finding the operating hours for the skyliner. Is it like the bus hours?

Hi Shauna, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am a huge fan of the Disney Skyliner!  It makes it so quick and easy to get to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot (International Gateway).  From the station at Caribbean Beach Resort, transit time is only about 5 minutes to reach Disney's Hollywood Studios, and about 15 to get to Epcot.

Operating hours for the Disney Skyliner are adjusted weekly and fluctuate with theme park hours.  When you arrive at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, you'll be able to pick up a printed Times Guide listing park hours and transportation operating hours, including hours for the Disney Skyliner.  This week, the Disney Skyliner is operating from 7:30 am until 10:00 pm, and until 11:30 pm on days when there are evening Extra Magic Hours at Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios.  The Times Guide usually lists hours for the week beginning Sunday through Saturday, so if your vacation spans more than one week be sure to pick up a new Times Guide.  You will also see signs with posted hours at the Disney Skyliner stations.

During time periods when the Disney Skyliner is not in operation, buses will be running on a more frequent basis, approximately every 20 minutes (sometimes more frequently at peak times.)  Although the official word is that bus service begins 45 minutes prior to the scheduled park opening time, in my experience buses usually start picking Guests up at least an hour prior to park open.

Mom Tip:  If you happen to be staying in the Aruba section of the Resort, you can walk to the Disney Skyliner station at Disney's new Riviera Resort if you are headed to Epcot.  I would still plan on using the Caribbean Beach Resort station to reach Disney's Hollywood Studios, as that line is direct with no transfers involved.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions.  Have a wonderful vacation!
