If planning on using memory maker for a run disney event will everyone linked to my Disney account be able to get their faces pictures or does each runner need to have their own memory maker

    Hi Jamie!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love that runDisney images are now included with your Memory Maker entitlement and I'm glad to let you know you just need to purchase it once!

Approximately 24 hours after each race, your runDisney images will be ready and you'll be able to go in and claim as many bibs as you'd like to add to your Memory Maker. Each race will have it's own special code followed by 5 blank digits. You'll want to input your bib numbers for these. If your bib isn't 5 digits you'll want to enter preceding zeroes. For example, for the 2016 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, the 10K code was 2016WINE10Kxxxxx. If your bib was number 2319, the number you'd enter to add to Memory Maker would be 2016WINE10K02319. You'll find these codes in the Digital Event Guide when it is released or on the runDisney Results page within 24 hours of your race.

I hope you capture some magical photos during your runDisney race! Please come back and let me know if you have any other questions.
