Planning my 1st trip w/my family. (kids will be 7 & 4) I want to avoid the value resorts due to Pop Warner Week. Suggestions on lodging: Port Orleans Riverside vs. Coronado? Does either have a better bus system? Is one more centralized?

    Hi April!

You are going to have so much fun at Walt Disney World (WDW) with your kids! I absolutely love Coronado Springs Resort! This is the only moderate resort with a fitness center and spa, the La Vida Health Club. You can work out, get a massage, facial or even a hair cut. There is also a quiet pool next to the fitness center in which you can swim laps.

The food is also great at Coronado Springs. There are many dining options, you can eat at the Pepper Market food court, Maya Grill or Las Ventanas.

The resort is centered around the 22-acre lake, but surprisingly it's not super spread out. It's still fairly easy to get to the complimentary bus transportation and the pools. The bus system is similar at both resorts. I think Coronado Springs is easier to navigate than Port Orleans - Riverside because the resort is centered around the lake and you can easily get from your building to either the main building, pool or bus stop.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
    Magically,
    Stacy
