    We are planning a trip the week of may 23, I have two little ones and were staying at the Caribbean beach resort, I was wondering when would be a good time to make reservations and most importantly when we could be expecting the May Specials?

    Hi, Amber! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question. Walt Disney World Resort does offer great room and Magic Your Way package discounts frequently throughout the year. There is no set time when or if these Special Offers will be announced. However, there are many websites that do keep track of released Walt Disney World discounts. Looking over a few of them, I see that Special Offers that include May historically tend to start arriving around early January and into February. Stay tuned to the Walt Disney World Resort Special Offers page to watch for one that will help make your family's vacation practically perfect in every way.

    You are more than welcome to book your Resort stay at any time. If you do go ahead and reserve your choice of Resort hotel and later discover that a Special Offer has been released for your travel period, you can have easily have it applied to your reservation. However, understand that there may be excluded Resort hotels, room types, or dates. Because of this, many Guests will modify their travel dates or change Resort hotels to fit the qualifications of the Special Offer. You may apply the discount by modifying your reservation online in My Disney Experience or by having a Walt Disney Travel Company agent assist you. Simply call (407) W-DISNEY, or (407) 934-7639, give the Cast Member your reservation number, and let them know you’d like to apply the Special Offer to your reservation. They will be able to help you determine if you are able to apply the offer to your current Resort stay, or if you will need to modify any portion of your reservation so that it can be applied.
