Hi, I am planning a trip to WDW for 11/14/15 to 11/21/15, I had two boys ages will be 11 and 6 and was looking at a moderate hotel. I was looking for what hotels have queen beds since they growing. Also I was wondering if they run specials at that time.

    Hello Tonya,

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  As a mom to 3 growing boys myself, I can definitely appreciate your question!  A Moderate Resort hotel is a great option for your family, not only for the extra space and bigger beds that are available, but also for the wonderful pools and other amenities that are offered.  Currently, these are the Moderate Resort hotels that offer queen-size beds:

    Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
Disney's Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter
Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside

In addition, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is in the process of undergoing some wonderful room renovations and when those are complete later this year, it will also offer rooms with queen-size beds.

Regarding the possibility of special offers in November, the best clues about what might happen in the future is to see what has been available in the past.  My go-to resource on this subject is the unofficial site www.mousesavers.com.  Just search for "historical Walt Disney World discounts" and you'll find a page listing detailed information on special offers that have been available in previous years, like room discounts and free dining.

Wishing you pixie-dusted planning and a magical vacation, Tonya!  Please visit us again if we can help you in any other way.
