Hi there! Planning a trip to WDW for my son's birthday. Can I purchase base tickets and dining plans separately and get a full refund if I have to cancel our trip? Thanks!!!

    Hi Jill,

Thanks for bringing your question to the Moms Panel.  I know that your son will enjoy spending his birthday at the Walt Disney World Resort.  I love to spend my birthday there. There is nowhere else in the world where everyone you meet will make you feel special for an entire day, and sometimes longer!

I'm not quite sure how to answer your question because typically the Disney Dining Plan is offered as part of a Magic Your Way Package which includes hotel and tickets and cannot be purchased separately.  I would suggest contacting Walt Disney World Reservations so that you can discuss your specific situation with them and they can advise accordingly on the refund policy.

I hope all goes well with your vacation and you are able to enjoy the time that you have so loving planned for your family.  Wishing you a magical trip!
