We are planning a trip to WDW in Oct and I am hearing about getting the meal plan with my tickets. How much are you allowed with each dining plan? Like example with the quick serve dining, how much are you allowed to spend in a sitting?

    Hi Beth,

The dining plan doesn't work on the price of an item, you can choose from most things on the menu whether that is the cheapest or the most expensive. If you look at this link HERE it will explain what is allowed on the quick service dining plan. For every quick service credit you have you can choose 1 entree, 1 dessert and 1 non-alcoholic drink. So for example if you dine at the Electric Umbrella in Epcot as your entree you could choose, amongst other items, the most expensive item the Bacon Double Cheeseburger with fries at about $8 or the cheapest item the Cheeseburger with fries at about $6.60. For dessert you could order either the chocolate chip cookie at about $1.80 or Cheesecake at about $3.60 so quite a difference in cost. The plan is based on the number of items you order not their cost!

Hope that helps and you have a great trip,

    Jo
