Planning a trip to WDW in Oct'14 for 5 days with my husband and 3yro daughter. looking to stay at AoA . Is it reasonable to go to the parks in the morning, return to the hotel at lunch time, and then return to the parks in the evening? Thanks!

Hello Adriane!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!  Midday breaks are a necessity in our family, not only for my toddlers but for my husband as well.

My family usually arrives at park opening and plays all morning, enjoying lunch around noon.  We then return to the resort for a nap or quick dip in the pool.  After we have recharged our batteries  we return to a park to enjoy dinner, ride a few more attractions, and scope out the perfect spot to watch the nighttime spectacular.

Remember you know your family and child best, pace your trip to meet their needs.

I wish you pixie dusted planning, your vacation will be here before you know it!
