We are planning a trip WDW at the end of May. We are looking a staying around the Magic Kingdom. Which resort is the best for the money?

    Hi Amy!

Of the Magic Kingdom resorts, my absolutely favorite is the Wilderness Lodge. Not only do I love the location, beautiful theme, and room options, but I feel its a great value for your money! Among the Deluxe resorts, the Wilderness Lodge is one of the most economical.

The Magic Kingdom is just a short boat (or bus) ride away. The boat ride is very peaceful and offers a unique view: you'll actually pass under the monorail and OVER the roadway! Often, the boat offers a great, and less crowded, alternative to the bus.

Boat service is also offered between the lodge, the Contemporary Resort and Ft. Wilderness Resort & Campground. The remainder of the parks are serviced by bus transportation.

The Wilderness Lodge also has appeal for guests of all ages. Adults can enjoy the lodge's nooks and crannies that are perfect for relaxation. The Territory Lounge is a great area to grab a cocktail and enjoy some downtime as well! Children will love the Whispering Canyon restaurant and the western theme will appeal to cowboys and cowgirls of all ages. The pool and slide will appeal to just about everyone too!

Hope this helps with your decision!
