We are planning a trip to WDW in Aug. We will be staying at POFQ but would like to send our 7 year old daughter to a Kids Club one night so dad and I can have a "Date Night". Can you suggest a Club that would be fun for her and easy for usfor p

All the child care kids clubs are located in deluxe resorts, but any WDW guest is welcome to use them. The largest and perhaps "most fun" is perhaps the Neverland Club located in the Polynesian resort. The club that would be closest to the Port Orleans resort is probably the Sandcastle Club at the Beach Club resort. I myself have used the Sandcastle Club several times and my girls have been very happy there. I have also used the Cubs Den at the Wilderness Lodge with great success.

My suggestion is that you plan your date night to be a meal in one of the signature restaurants at a deluxe hotel and leave your daughter at that hotel's kids club. For example, my favorite restaurant on WDW property is Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge. It has delicious gourmet food, an excellent wine list, and an elegant atmosphere. You and your hubby could have a romantic dinner there, and maybe a walk around the grounds or snuggle by the big fireplace in the lobby, while your daughter was at the nearby Cubs Den. Similar plans would work at most of the deluxe hotels.

I'm sure you will all have a spectacular evening.
