Hi...as I am planning my trip, I trying to figure which would be better. I am staying @ OKW. Is it worth taking a cab from our resort to another to save time, but dont want to over spend, or just take the bus?

Hi Anthony and what a great question.  Honestly, I would save my money for better things at WDW than having to pay for a cab.  The WDW transportation system is a great system and it will be able to get you where you need to be, within a reasonable amount of time.  The buses run anywhere from every 15 to 20 minutes, sometimes even faster.  Just know that as you plan your day, always allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for travel time.
We have stayed at OKW and used the buses and truly never had a problem.  So my recommendation would be to save your money for Mickey ice creams and mouse ears and don't bother with the cab.
I hope this helps, and thank you so much for coming to the Mom's Panel.  Have a wonderful WDW vacation.
