We are planning a trip with our three kids, ages 9, 7 and 2. I would like to know how Disney charges occupancy for a toddler if she doesn't need her own bed. We were considering bringing her pack n' play for her to sleep in.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel, Leah! How exciting you are planning a Walt Disney World vacation! This is a great question!  I called the Walt Disney Travel Company just now to verify my information for you. I was assured by the Disney reservationist that guest room rates are based on double occupancy. There is no additional charge when children under the age of seventeen are in the same room as the adults. With that being said, there are maximum occupancy levels that vary depending on the resort. Because your toddler is under three years of age and able to sleep in a portable crib, you should be able to book a room at any Walt Disney World Resort. For example, the standard guest rooms at the Disney Value Resorts will accommodate four guests plus one child under the age of three in a crib. The resorts do have portable cribs (pack 'n play) available upon request, but I completely understand wanting to bring your own from home since your daughter may be more accustomed to it. I hope this information helps! Please don't hesitate to visit me again with any additional questions. Best wishes for a magical trip, Leah!
    Happy Planning,
