Hello All, We are planning our 2nd trip and staying at the Beach Club. What is the difference between a regular 1 bdrm STD or a Villa Studio? Not sure which to choose, the difference in price is only a few hundred $. Thanks so much for your help.

    Hi Jennifer!

You are going to love Disney’s Beach Club Resort! With Stormalong Bay, the most splashtastic pool on property, and within walking distance to two theme parks, Disney’s Beach Club is a Guest favorite.

There are a few differences between a standard resort room and a Deluxe Villa, so I’m glad you’ve asked. A standard resort room will have two queen beds. The bathroom will have a double vanity, and there will be a single closet. In a Deluxe Studio, you will have one queen bed and one queen-size sleeper sofa. There will actually be two closets, but only a single vanity in the bathroom. The biggest difference is that a Deluxe Studio comes equipped with a kitchenette. The kitchenette would include a small refrigerator, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and disposable dinnerware. This can be very useful if you like to make light meals in your room. My family has found that eating breakfast in our room is a great way to make the most of our vacation dollars and allows us to get to the theme parks in the morning to enjoy the lower crowds.

Whichever room type you decide on, you’re sure to have a wonderful stay at Disney’s Beach Club. I recommend booking as soon as possible however, since July is a very popular time to visit. A new special offer for summer was released just today for select nights. You may want to check to see if your dates are part of the offer! Please let us know if we can help you with additional questions as you plan your upcoming summer vacation, we love to help Guests make their vacations extra special.

    Have a Magical Day!
