    Planning a trip for September 2010, do you know if they will offer the free dining plan? Thank you so much!!

    Certainly we don't know if, or when, Disney will offer any special packages for the September time frame. While they have offered the free dining plan you speak of for a few years in a row now, that is not to say that they won't change what they offer, or pass on doing so completely.

    What I always tell friends is to go ahead and book your trip. Then keep an eye out and see if they offer it. If they do, call whomever you used to book your vacation and see if they will be able to apply the program to your reservation. You might need to cancel your original reservation, and then re-book with the new package.

    Ultimately, however, your best bet is to go with a Disney approved travel agency that can monitor if the program comes out. They can do the watching for you, they can assess if it is going to save you money or not as compared to your original reservation, and they can g about getting it applied to your plans if that is what is in your best interest!
