    We were planning a trip in September. If the free dining plan option becomes available again this year can it be used with other discounts? My mom gets a good discount through her company and wanted to know if they could be used together. Thanks

    Hi Amber,

    We love the free dining promtion at Walt Disney World. At this time, Disney has not officially announced if the promotion will be offered again this fall, but given its popularity, I would expect to see it again in 2009.

    In the past, the announcement has been made around the beginning of April and had to be booked by mid June for travel in late August thru September. Sorry, but no other discounts or special offers are able to be used if you select this promotion. My suggestion would be to consider the discount you receive with your mom's company, adding the price of your meals and park tickets to her room discount if they are not included, and then compare it to the price of the package with the free dining to see which is a better deal for you. Be sure to act quickly if free dining is your choice as there are a limited number of packages available and they go quickly.
