I am planning a trip and we plan on going to the Christmas Party. Do I need to purchase a ticket for my 2 year old?

Welcome to planDisney, Brittany! Let's get those bells jingling and turn our thoughts to the holidays at Walt Disney World Resort. I'm online looking at Special Event Tickets as we speak, so let's do some planning together. Ho-ho-hold on!

I'm happy to tell you that children two and under do not need a ticket to accompany you to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Your little elf can take in the wonder and magic of the holidays at Magic Kingdom Park for free with the rest of the family. The same is true for Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Admission for guests not yet three is on the "mouse!"

Be sure to check out Stroller Rentals at the theme park entrance so you can whisk your wee one through the "snoap" on Main Street, USA. And the Baby Care Center will provide a "silent night" if you need a moment of quiet time to rock and feed your child. When my son was a toddler, he enjoyed the soothing sounds and motion on "it's a small world."

Brittany, I'm sprinkling pixie dust and ringing sleigh bells so you'll have an enchanting Disney holiday! Stop by planDisney anytime for tips and planning advice; it's our gift to you.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
