    Planning our 3rd trip (1st for my parents) for Dec 5-10, and we are oh so excited! Was wondering if you could tell me what Christmas events will be going on? Parades, any special meet 'n greets, shows, etc. Thanks!! :)

    Hi Amanda!  Traveling to Walt Disney World during the holiday season is a wonderful experience!  Being able to experience the Disney theme parks complete with seasonal decor is something my family just loves.  There there are multiple events happening at all the theme parks.  At Magic Kingdom, Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Parade is a separate ticket event held during the evening hours.  There is a wonderful holiday themed character parade, free hot chocolate and cookies and a special version of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular!  At Hollywood Studios, the Osbourne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights is an amazing show with thousands of lights set to holiday music!  At Epcot, Candlelight Processional is a wonderful telling of the story of Jesus with guest narrators and an amazing choir of singers from around the southeast!  At Animal kingdom, There  you can see Mickeys Jingle Jungle Parade, a character parade through AK with great seasonal theming!
    At the deluxe resorts, you can view deluxe Gingerbread houses created with the resorts in mind!  These are unbelievable, and you can purchase gingerbread fresh daily!
