Planning a trip for October wanting to stay at POR with 2 adults & 3 Kids, wanting to know if all the rooms will have queen size beds with pull down murphy bed or will we have to request that type of room?

Hi Heather! Disney's Port Orleans Resort--Riverside is really a beautiful resort. Complete with southern charm, and gorgeous landscaping, it's really a relaxing resort. With the recent refurbishment of some buildings in the Alligator Bayou section of POR, the trundle bed is now gone, replaced by a very cool murphy-style bed. When placed in the "up" position, it looks like a lovely high back bench, and when in the " down" position, the bed rests on the bench seat portion. It continues to be geared towards a child 9 and under. Currently, the murphy-style beds are available in the newly renovated buildings of the Alligator Bayou section. You can call Disney reservations at (407) WDISNEY to change your room preference to one that offers the additional bed. Hope this help you plan a magical vacation! -Malanie
