    Planning a trip for Oct 2010 with hub & 2 kids(6 & 2). Which mod resort do you recommend? Looking at POR or Coronado. Had problems at Value with noise from other rooms & pool at night. Any suggestions on best out of mod category??

    How exciting to be planning an October trip, it's one of my very favorite times of the year to go!  As far as moderate resorts, both that you mention are great, and I can promise you, you might get a different answer from everyone you ask, but my pick would be POR.  We have stayed there several times and have always had a wonderful experience.  I love the dining options there, the pools and the bus system is not nearly as crowded as what you might experience at a value resort.  The atmosphere is also relaxing and it's fun to be able to take the boat ride which departs from that resort.  Whichever resort you select just know you are going to receive that one of a kind Disney customer service but in this case, I'd go with POR.
