    We are planning a trip in November. There will be six of us. Four adults an two children. Does it make make sense to get two rooms or share one room?

    Hi, Gail!  I think the answer to this depends on how well everyone gets along, and what type of accommodation you are considering! 

    If your children are age two or under, you will be able to book a room at any resort.  In my opinion, this doesn't really allow much privacy, even if you book a deluxe resort.  You will have one bathroom to share, and beds in the same room.  I wouldn't mind doing this with my sisters or my best girlfriends, but if we were throwing in husbands, it might get uncomfortable.

    Another option is the All Star Music Family Suite.  The cost is about the same as two value rooms, but you will be in the same room.  This option has two full bathrooms, a small kitchenette (small refrigerator, microwave, and paper goods), and one bedroom with a queen size bed.  The other sleeping is in the form of fold out options - a sofa sleeper, and two single beds that fold out of the chair and an ottoman.

    You might also look into a villa at one of the Disney Vacation Club resorts, or even a cabin at Fort Wilderness.  The villas are going to be a more expensive choice, but you can choose a two bedroom, which will give you two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a full kitchen.  The cabins accommodate six people, and also offer kitchen facilities.

    I would say sit down, decide how long you will be there and how long you think you would want to be in the same space together.  It might be a great option to share a room, have the kids playing, have time to sit and enjoy each other's company.  On the other hand, for some people, it might drive a wedge in a good friendship.
