Hey there, hi there Sonnia! Welcome, and thank you for your question.
Walt Disney World seems to do this incredibly magical thing where you close your eyes to go to sleep on Halloween, and the very next day it's Christmas. And Christmas is by far my most favorite holiday at Walt Disney World.
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa not only has an amazingly beautiful, Victorian-themed Christmas tree that truly becomes the centerpiece of the lobby, but you'll also be treated to the delicious scent of the life-sized gingerbread house. Sonnia, there isn't an exact date for all this fabulousness to occur, but in general, the Grand Floridian has decked the halls usually by the end of the first week of November into the early part of the second week. Hopefully, if the tree isn't up by the time you arrive, you'll get to enjoy it before you have to go home.
If you get a chance to visit some of the other
resorts, absolutely do. The decorations at each one are so unique and beautiful. And you'll likely be there during some of the dates for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! The actual dates won't be announced until later in 2023, it's a great way to ring in the holiday spirit with some festive fun and Florida "snow!"
Have a great time planning your upcoming trip, Sonnia!
Anna
