We are planning a trip in March 2017 and plan to use the Disney Dining Plan. At table-service restaurants, could the dessert be substituted with an appetizer?

    Hi Lindsay!

Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! You are going to love having the Disney Dining Plan! It saves time, money and stress. The Disney Dining Plan includes one Table Service, one Quick Service and one snack per guest, per night of your stay. For your Table Service meal you will receive one non-alcoholic drink, one entree and one dessert per person. You may not substitute your dessert for an appetizer on the Disney Dining Plan. However, if you upgrade to the Deluxe Disney Dining Plan, you can get an appetizer, entree, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage.

Disney Moms Panel Tip: Plan out all of your meals in advance by booking Advanced Dining Reservations through My Disney Experience. You will not want to miss 'Ohana at Polynesia, The California Grill at The Contemporary or Narcoossee's at The Grand Floridian Resort.
