We are planning a trip in march for a family of 5 and trying to cut costs I have heard that you can bring your own food into the parks .... is that true?

Hi, Stacie! Yes! You absolutely can bring food into the parks with you.  It is a great way to save money! You can bring snacks, drinks, or even pack whole lunches and bring with you into the parks. We generally take in plastic water bottles and refill them at water fountains throughout the day. I bring snacks stored in empty potato chip canisters.  That keeps them from getting crushed.  There are a few restrictions on bringing food into the theme parks.  You can't bring glass containers with you (other than baby food jars, which are acceptable), alcoholic beverages, or coolers with wheels. Otherwise, you're good to go! Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
