    I am planning a trip in June and I am wondering what Disney gift cards can be used for in the parks. I am especially wondering if they cen be used to purchase food and snacks. It would be great I can get some for my guests so that they can use them as need

    What a great idea to purchase gift cards for your guests, Duane! A timely question too, as I just received my first gift card in the mail today. Gift cards are extremely versatile, and can be used  at any Disney owned and operated merchandise, dining and recreation locations where credit cards are accepted. Please not as some carts and other outdoor merchandise vendors may not be able to accept the gift card, so it's always best to ask first. Gift cards can even be used to purchase theme park tickets.
