We are planning a trip in June and plan on taking advantage of the spring room only discount. I noticed that the BC resort, BC Villas and the BW villas are all very close in price, for a studio/basic room. What advantages are the villas vs resort room?

Hi Jennifer! Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World in June!

Disney's Beach Club Resort is absolutely beautiful and home to the delicious Yachtsman Steakhouse, which arguably has the best steak in all of Walt Disney World!

Disney's Beach Club Villas are part of the Disney Vacation Club (DVC), while the Disney Beach Club Resort is one of Disney's Deluxe Resorts. You do not need to be a DVC member to book at room at Disney's Beach Club Villas or Disney's Boardwalk Villas. The DVC villas are meant to be a "home away from home." The rooms are the same size, but the main difference between the resort rooms and villa rooms are in the layout.

Disney's Beach Club Villa room has a kitchenette and one queen size bed and one sofa bed. Disney's Beach Club Resort room has two queen size beds and doesn't include the kitchenette.

When deciding between the two rooms, take into consideration if you will be preparing your own meals and would like to have a small kitchen.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with!
