We are planning a trip for January 2013 and I see that under the meal plan Le Celier now counts as 2 meals. Can I opt to pay cash for another meal? Do I just need to tell our server that we don't plan to use our meal plan that night? Thanks!

Hi, Kerry! I would use my Disney Dining Plan to pay for the meal at Le Cellier, and then pay for another meal out-of-pocket.  When your serving Cast Member asks if you are on the Dining Plan at the meal you are paying for, simply explain that you will be paying for that particular meal with either cash, credit card, traveler's checks, Disney Dollars, or a Disney Gift Cards.  The Cast Member will be happy to accommodate you!  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
