Planning trip for 9/2013 in hopes of free dining plan promo. Trying to decide on hotel. Amenities aren't super important but want fastest, easiest transportation through Disney. Which would you recommend: POFQ, POR, PCR, or Art of Anim? Party of 3, DD age4

I would suggest that you have two primary choices. Your moderate resort choice I would recommend is Port Orleans Riverside. The value resort recommendation would be the Art of Animation.

In deciding between the two I would let your budget be your guide. Both have their unique appeal. The Art of Animation's family suite room layout and over-the-top theme are two real advantages. Port Orleans is nice because of a lot of resort amenities like more dining options and the boat access to Downtown Disney. In both cases you have a good central location within the overall Walt Disney World property.

Based on your details, of the two I would actually opt for the Art of Animation.

Feel free to send me any follow-up questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
