We are planning a trip the first week of December 2018. Our children will be 3 and 4 at time of travel and we will be staying for 7 days/8 nights. What are must see attractions that are specific to December?

    Hi Amy!

Spending the holidays at the Walt Disney World Resort makes an already magical season that much better!  Although specific dates and times for many of the events have not yet been released, I highly suggest attending Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park!  I was able to go for the first time last year and had an absolute blast.  Between shorter wait times for my favorite attractions, special character appearances, yummy snacks, and beautiful fireworks, shows, and parades, you really can't go wrong!

Also, this past year at Epcot, I was able to do the Chip & Dale's Christmas Tree Spree Scavenger Hunt!  It was so fun to explore all of the countries in the World Showcase in search of Chip, Dale, and their wreaths.  The Candlelight Processional at Epcot is another classic show that is definitely a fan favorite.  There is also the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays where you can enjoy entertainment and wonderful holiday foods from around the globe!  At Disney's Hollywood Studios, the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! and Sunset Season's Greetings spectaculars are two that you don't want to miss!

With so many amazing special experiences from phenomenal fireworks to fantastic foods and so much more, no matter what you choose to do, I am sure that you are going to have an absolutely magical holiday experience at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
