Adding people to your
Family & Friends list in your
My Disney Experience account allows you to make and share activities and reservations with others. The easiest way to do this is by sending an invitation to their email address. So far, it sounds like you've followed directions perfectly! What I'm guessing may be happening here is that the system is overwhelmed and is not recognizing the invitations for some members of each other's families. This can occur if you try to add several people simultaneously, especially if some are managed guests (this often happens with children who don't have their own accounts).
The easiest way to get everything straightened out is to speak to a Cast Member at the
Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. They are open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM EST. When you call, tell them that you need to finish connecting the entire family. They will need three points of reference for each My Disney Experience account; the email for their account, home address, phone number, resort reservation number, or birthdate-any combination will do!
