    Hello, I am planning a trip for my familly for April 2011. I know this is still a while off, but we are really excited and this is a big trip for us. I was wondering how far in advance Disney will release its schedule for the 2011 extra magic hours?

    Hi Amber,

    I can understand your excitement! I'm always excited and anxious to begin planning when we have a Disney World vacation on the calendar.

    At this time, Disney is currently posting their calendar hours and extra magic schedule about 180 days in advance. This schedule is typically updated to keep track with the dining reservation system which allows guests to make advance dining reservations 180 days in advance. This is always subject to change, but I expect you will be able to start seeing park hours sometime in November, for your upcoming trip.
