We are planning a trip for the end of July beginning of August. I know in the past you provided toilets like shampoo, conditioner and bath soap and I recently learned those products are no longer. Will you continue to provide these items?

    Jambo, Jetti.

I see you followed Peter Pan and the Lost Boys through Neverland and found planDisney along the way. I’m so glad you’re here and would be more than happy to help.

Currently, the toiletries provided in Disney Resorts Collection hotel rooms, including bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, are H20+ products. Sadly, H20+ announced last year that they plan to retire their brand. For the time being, their products can still be found in Disney Resort hotels, but it is unknown whether or not their products will still be around when you arrive for your trip in July. We are all eagerly awaiting the news of what brand will eventually replace H20+, so keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for news and updates on this front. While it has not been stated outright, I’m sure Disney Resort hotels will continue providing these toiletries to Guests whatever that brand may be.

I hope this information puts your mind at ease, Jetti. If you have further questions before your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please stop by planDisney again. We’re more than happy to help!

    Think happy thoughts,
    Alyssa
