Planning 1st trip to DW in fall w/kids. Want to see the parks as they normally are, do Halloween decorations come down fast after the 31? (my kids REALLY do not like Halloween) Would we have a window in early November before Xmas decorations are up? Tx U!

    Hi Cory!

Halloween decorations at Walt Disney World are primarily found throughout the Magic Kingdom as the party hosts Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. While the dates have not yet been announced for 2013, they usually conclude on November 1st.

During the next week, the park transforms itself for the start of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party which normally beings approximately a week after that (parties in 2012 began on November 9th). During this week, you'll see the Halloween decorations disappear and start to see the appearance of some Christmas decorations.

    Hope this helps!
