Welcome to planDisney, Mary!
Thank you for your question! I am happy to help sprinkle some pixie dust in your plans. The
Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) at Walt Disney World Resort are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. I suggest arriving before the parks open for a higher chance of getting an ECV. If you have Park Hopper tickets and plan to visit multiple parks, you will need to leave the ECV at the theme park you are leaving from, but you can get another at the new park. Daily rentals are transferable!
If you need an ECV to get around Walt Disney World other than at the theme parks, I have a great option too! ScooterBug is a private mobility rental service that has partnered with Walt Disney World, and Guests can reserve an ECV and deliver it to their Disney Resort hotel. You can pick it up at your resort, and they will arrange pick up when you check out. To make reservations for an ECV with Scooterbug, you can call (800) 726-8284.
Spooky Season has arrived at Walt Disney World, and the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will be in full swing during your visit! Enjoy all the frightful delights you'll find at the theme parks, including all the delicious snacks and treats for both occasions! The Disney Parks Blog released Foodie Guides for both
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and
Food & Wine, and they're perfect resources to read up on! My tween is so excited about the Macatizers Global Marketplace at CommuniCore Hall, and I can't wait to try the Tiramisù Funnel Cake! Both are new menu items this year!
Mary, I hope all of this information helps with your planning! Thank you again for visiting planDisney. If you need additional pixie dust,
send me questions any time. You've got a friend in me!
