Hi! We are planning a trip to Disneyworld from Australia this September, myself, my husband and two daughter aged 6 and 9. We are deciding between staying at Pop Century or spending more and staying a Port Orleans Riverside. Any tips?

    Hi Melanie!

Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! Your family is going to have an amazing time!

I can definitely provide you with some tips to help you decide between Pop Century and Port Orleans Riverside.

Port Orleans Riverside has a few unique features that make it a great choice. This resort has Royal Guest Rooms, which are great for little princesses. The rooms have fiber optic fireworks over the headboard, beautiful princess pictures on the walls and elaborate theming. There is a magic carpet on the carpet, a cinderella themed coat hook and hidden mickeys on the wooden table. You can also take a short water taxi over to Disney Springs for a day of shopping and dining.

Pop Century is a value resort, so the value for your money is excellent! This resort has a fun Hippy Dippy Pool, a great food court, surrey bike rentals, arcade, playground and movies under the stars. You can also use the complimentary bus transportation to get to the parks or Disney Springs.

If your girls really like princesses, you may want to spring for the Royal Guest Room at Port Orleans Riverside, as it offers a unique experience you will never forget!

    Magically,
    Stacy
