Hello! I am planning a trip to Disneyland and staying at the Disneyland hotel. With a Disneyland hotel reservation, how early can we book the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Savi's Workshop, and Droid Depot? When can we make character dining reservations?

Hello Nicole! Welcome to planDisney! I can already tell you have an incredible trip planned to the Disneyland Resort. I’m so happy to help you map out those final few details to make it the most magical visit ever!

As you know, securing those key reservations for your must-do experiences is an essential part of your visit. The three you’ve picked so far, plus character dining, are some of the most popular experiences, so knowing exactly when to be ready to reserve your time is especially important. Thankfully, remembering your reservation date is easy! The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Savi's Workshop, Droid Depot, and all character dining experiences can be booked as early as 60 days in advance. So, for example, if you were visiting on May 25, you could book any of these experiences beginning on March 26, 2025.

To book a reservation, you have a couple of options. You can either open the reservation page for each experience on the Disneyland website or use the Disneyland app and select each experience individually. My recommendation, since you may be managing multiple reservations, would be to use the Disneyland website so you can easily navigate between browser tabs for each location. Also, I’d make sure your account information, including payment details, is up to date in your MyDisney account on the website and/or app, as this will be necessary to complete your reservations without delay.

Finally, I have some enchanted Q-Tips for you, Nicole, regarding your Character Dining Reservations! Currently, there are five options for character dining at the Disneyland Resort: Mickey’s Tales of Adventure and Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures, both located within Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Goofy’s Kitchen, available for both breakfast and dinner at the Disneyland Hotel, and Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park, located at the Plaza Inn in Disneyland. My family has experienced all of these, except for Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures and dinner at Goofy’s Kitchen. Our two favorites are Mickey’s Tales of Adventure at Storytellers Café and Minnie & Friends. One extra magical tidbit about Minnie & Friends: it’s the only character dining experience inside Disneyland! No matter which option you choose, you’re in for a delightful experience filled with delicious food and plenty of character-filled fun.

You are well on your way to a practically perfect visit to the Disneyland Resort, Nicole. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us here at planDisney!

Wishing you a visit sprinkled with pixie dust and unforgettable memories!
